SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP TO

We deliver to all areas in New Zealand. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

SHIPPING COST

$5 flat rate across New Zealand

SHIPPING DETAILS

• The estimated time for delivery will be between 2 to 7 business days
• Delivery is Monday to Friday, we do not currently offer weekend delivery

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to credit or exchange any unwanted goods provided that they are returned to our warehouse by the customer in unmarked, unopened, clean and saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Credits may first be applied against any discount given at time of purchase.

Any goods shown to be faulty or defective for any reason will be refunded, replaced or exchanged at any time within the expiry date of the product.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept a return if you've simply changed your mind or no longer want the item. Please contact us though as your situation will be taken into consideration.
